CSV Import → Card Creation

New Feature

Pull sheets from C2IE, Advana, or other tools into Onebrief with the click of a button. Users can now import CSV files and convert rows into individual cards. Capabilities include:Map columns to desired data fields (e.g. classification, shorthand, text, coordinates.)Convert those fields into the format you want.Quickly import large amounts of information into the app.The preview screen will allow you to edit fields before creating any cards.Any cards containing location data will automatically snap to the correct coordinates when inserted into Onebrief Maps.

Improved Cross Plan Sync + Duplication

Upgrade

In Onebrief, users can reference content from one plan in another plan, accelerating and simplifying work. The cross-plan experience has been streamlined everywhere, and now, users can cross-plan entire sections, with improved content visibility.

The card editor now offers enhanced functionality for managing comments. It displays all comments associated with a card, regardless of their origin - whether from a list board, an order, or a timeline. Additionally, the card editor features an ‘All Comments’ pane that enables users to quickly navigate to the contexts where these comments were made. This provides a comprehensive overview of discussions related to the card.

Plan Level Classification

Upgrade

Users can now set a plan-wide classification levels, reducing the number of updates needed across the plan. If an individual component of the plan exceeds the plan classification level, users will receive a prompt to change it, ensuring proper markings are always used.

Improved Map Performance

Upgrade

Get more impact from Maps in Onebrief. Users can now use maps with large sets of data and over 6,000 features (icons, polygons, cards, etc) Users will experience improved performance of actions within maps. Most notably:

  • Panning: over 35% faster
  • Insertion of new features: over 30% faster
  • Moving features: 20% faster
