This past year has marked the most prolific chapter of our growth. It’s not just about launching a new feature or expanding our team—it’s about the foundations we’ve set, the impact we’re making, and the path forward we’ve defined.

01: Partners

Today, Onebrief is utilized in three of the four largest operational plans worldwide. This real-world adoption, along with how the platform has been integrated into exercises throughout the year, helps exemplify its transformative impact. We’ve focused on building a product that not only solves pertinent, real-world challenges but also expands the realm of the possible for our users.

Solving their challenges and driving collaboration across commands is paramount. Between January and November 2024, we saw remarkable growth:

• 60% increase in monthly active users
• 170% increase in monthly usage by those users
• 320% increase in the commands accessing Onebrief

Utilization is just part of the story; we also look at how the platform has enabled collaboration. Onebrief enables multiple users - no matter where they are - to work on the product simultaneously. It’s a true game-changer. This year, plans shared across different organizations saw a 2020% increase in access over the same period.

We celebrate seeing our users’ work accelerate and collaboration move more seamlessly. It's this kind of momentum that inspires us.

02: Product

This year, we delivered hundreds of thoughtful new features, upgrades, and updates—innovations that redefined how our users work, and boosted productivity, efficiency, and collaboration.

One of the standout advancements was the launch of an API, so data within Onebrief can integrate seamlessly with other military software tools. This capability enables fast command decisions, accelerates staffs, and drives further collaboration across military headquarters.

The API can be deployed on unclassified and classified networks, such as SIPR and JWICS, and ensures that live data remains secure and enables users to work with the most accurate, timely information without compromising protocols.

New features are critical, but where and how they’re used makes all the difference. This year, we made it a point to expand our deployment to NIPR with Impact Level 5 (IL5) accreditation, to further enable our platform's reliability, scalability, and availability. We were already operational on SIPR and JWICS networks, and the addition of NIPR pushed the platform one step closer to being leveraged in and integral to all workflows. This milestone was made possible via our partnership with Second Front, deploying on their Game Warden platform in the USAF AWS GovCloud at IL5.

03: Peaks + People

This autumn, we closed our Series B funding round, led by Human Capital, with participation from 9Yards Capital and Caffeinated Capital. Driving our total capital raised to $53 million, this milestone followed a year of 4x revenue growth—a testament to the value we deliver. But this is only the beginning.

To sustain momentum, we have and will continue to invest in our product and the people behind it. Our team grew nearly 3x in the past year, which ensures we have the talent to continue innovating and supporting our customers effectively.

As always, we’re determined to keep building—delivering stronger, AI-enabled products and fostering best-in-class teams that drive greater outcomes for our partners.

In 2025, we're focused on building the future of the military staff: optimized and impeccably efficient. The Onebrief platform will be at the heart of this evolution, by enabling staffs that are:

• Fast: Commanders will react to changing situations instantaneously.
• Small: One staffer will accomplish the work of hundreds.
• Integrated: Collaboration will erase traditional barriers between headquarters.
• Automated: Human effort will focus on the highest levels of abstraction.
• Offline: Staffs will remain operational despite network interruptions.
• Smart: Decision-making will reach beyond human capability.
