Card Library

New Feature

The new Card Library enables sorting, searching, and editing in a cohesive user interface. Users can access the card library and resize it to fit their needs, as well as search and sort cards with the headers easily. Users can also filter the cards shown in the library by selecting attributes such as “locked” or viewing by Lists instead of Cards.

Cause-and-Effect Updates

Upgrade

Cause and Effect relationships are now displayed in the card edit pane, improving context and collaboration. Users will experience streamlined scoring criteria, improved field management, consistent relationship behavior, new classification badge icons, change cancellation, and document-based classification inference. This ensures relations are more stable, makes syncing easier, and makes the feature easier to visualize.

Expanded Data Fields + Custom Data Fields

Upgrade

Users now have more flexibility for organizing and creating cards with strong content. Users can now create custom data fields and customize their Cards to align with their needs. In the app, select different types of data: Text, Number, and Choice, or multiple types. If the input doesn’t match the user’s type selection, an error message will be displayed.

Whiteboard Improvements

Upgrade

The Whiteboard now includes aspect ratio frames, giving users more control over their products. For stronger collaboration, users can now comment on frames and experience improved image cropping, intuitive connections, and visibility controls.

Improved Navigation

Upgrade

Updates include: redesigned artifact title dropdown, improved menu usability, locked artifact icons in search, enhanced sorting options, and additional user guidance hints. These upgrades enable users to work with the app more intuitively.

Optimized List Lookups

Upgrade

When working with large data sets or managing complex plans, users will see queries return at incredible speed. Our team has reduced response times drastically from an average of 12 seconds to just 500 milliseconds.

Timeline Improvements

Upgrade

Users will see improvements to the functionality of the Timeline feature. The ability to hide or show groups and sub-groups gives users more control over the granularity of their timelines. Additionally, groups using Data Fields now include type validation, ensuring the integrity of data and improving reliability. And to improve the ease of reuse and reduce repetitive work, users can now duplicate timelines using copy-and-paste functionality.

Cross-Plan and Template Management

Upgrade

Users will now see visually intuitive icons to the side navigation for templates and artifacts used across plans. This enables stronger accessibility and easier identification of templates within various sections.
